Valerio Setti decd82bc9c tests: analyze_outcomes: remove exceptions for PKCS5 and PKCS12 ...

PKCS12 support has been removed from tf-psa-crypto since PR crypto#389.
PKCS5 tests where PKCS7 padding is disabled has also been removed.
There is not need to keep these exceptions around.
