* In a PSA-client-only build (i.e. MBEDTLS_PSA_CRYPTO_CLIENT &&

!MBEDTLS_PSA_CRYPTO_C), do not automatically enable local crypto when the
|
|
corresponding PSA mechanism is enabled, since the server provides the
|
|
crypto. Fixes #9126.
