Subject: [PATCH] Adding Eclipse Paho 'C' client for embedded platforms.

Eclipse/Paho's MQTTPacket [1] contains the lowest level C library
with the smallest requirements. This supplies simple serialization
and de-serialization routines. It is up to the application writer
to implement read/write over the network.
