targets: Restore example targets

Those were accidentally moved to CI targets but are expected to be used
by users.

targets: Rename pca10095 target
...
Target nordic_pca10095-blehci was defined for nordic_pca10095_net bsp.
Name suggested that nordic_pca10095 is being used.
This just changes target name to avoid confusion.
