This adds PHY for Dialog CMAC. This allows to run complete NimBLE controller on Dialog DA1469x MCU family. 1M and 2M PHYs are supported, Coded support is missing in hardware at the moment. Some parts of code that access RF block are obfuscated, but there are no proprietary binaries used so fixes are possible if necessary. Co-authored-by: Will San Filippo <[email protected]>
