Miguel Azevedo 8161f852f5 Set bleprph main stack size to 512 so img_mgmt uploads dont overflow ...

On the newer versions of mcumgr a 512 byte is allocated on stack,
which makes the previous stack size too short.
While testing image uploads stack grew up to at 502 words.
