Subject: [PATCH] travis: Remove redundant travis tests (#157)

* Avoid doing pretty check on both Linux and OSX platforms.
* Avoid testing the compilation of `CC2538` on both OS X and Linux.

This will help reduce the time it takes for a travis validation.
