Giuseppe Andreello 6d8d42e9bf Fixed python interpreter directives (#1667) 
Changed the interpreter directives from '#!/usr/bin/python' to
'#!/usr/bin/env python' so the OpenThread tests can be run
inside a python virtualenv.
