This commit adds two new functions, `otPlatCryptoCAlloc` and `otPlatCryptoFree`, which provide dynamic memory management for the crypto subsystem. They are only enabled when `OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_HEAP_EXTERNAL_ENABLE` is set. Signed-off-by: Łukasz Duda <[email protected]>
