* Improvements for Dialog DA15000 platform.

-baudrate set to 115200
-OTP memory read fixed (eui64 problem)
-RSSI calculation mechanism introduced
-RX channel change problem fixed (5.2.17 cert. test)
-various issues with radio sleep fiex
-polling instead of interrupts for Radio Activities. More tests are passing due
 to proper timing of Radio related activities.Overall platform stability is
 improved due to lower load of interrupt system.
-CPU frequency increased for DTLS needs
 DTLS needs more computation power due to cryptographic activities.
-code style corrections
