nimble/iso: Fix BLE_ISO dependency

This adds the BLE_ISO dependency on BLE_ISO_BROADCAST_SOURCE and
BLE_ISO_BROADCAST_SINK.
Once one of those roles is enabled, the BLE_ISO shall be enabled.
