fix(wifi): Update bss max idle timer and add other fixes (ed5adbbd)

1. Modify bss max idle if less than 10 secs for softap
        2. Drop non robust protected management frames
        3. Update ap max idle timer condition
        4. Add log for keep alive frames
        5. Leave connection after Assoc comeback related erros
        6.Update channel bandwidth when ap adjust to different band
