README.md for DA1500 example has been updated. (#1178)

Justification:

Changes in arm.py/openthread.py might have huge
impact on tests results in GRL Test Harness tool.
Due to that it is important to highlight commit,
from which this file was used during tests done
    by Dialog Semiconductors.

Any updates of gcc compiler might provided new
type of warnings and those might be valid
Dialog's driver. Proven build environment needs
    to be specified.

by software. To re-enable it you have to run JLinkExe and issue the command ` vcom enable`.It is
required to power cycle the device to apply the change.
